The studio is located at 438 Main St in Middletown, just 2 doors down from the Cricket store. Look for the “Yoga in Middletown” sign and head to the second floor of the building. Street parking in Middletown is FREE on Sundays! Feel free to park anywhere near our studio. Do I need to bring a mat or anything else?2018-03-17T11:52:58+00:00

Most people choose to bring their own mat however we do offer a nice selection of new yoga mats at a reasonable price if you would like to purchase one here when you arrive. If you are new to yoga and just trying this out for the first time you may use one of our rental mats complementary for your first class. Blocks and props are always available to use free of charge. In addition, we recommend that you bring water.

What should I wear?2018-02-13T11:39:44+00:00

We suggest you wear tighter-fitting athletic clothes. T shirts and shorts/sweatpants are fine but many individuals find that they are more comfortable in tighter clothes. Socks are optional and many individuals will go barefoot.

How much do classes cost and how do I pay?2018-04-29T16:48:46+00:00

Please see the tab above titled “Membership” for details on pricing for classes with Nicole at Yoga in Middletown. Classes Nicole teaches elsewhere (the BARRE and PT & Pilates) are priced separately and can be paid at time of service. We accept all forms of payment including credit cards.

We use lavender oil mostly but will occasionally use peppermint, eucalyptus and lemon grass. You can buy them at most natural food stores such as Whole Foods. If you are interested, let me know and you are welcome to purchase the oil from me.
